  • A complete multiple round trivia event that’s different and unique every week with professionally-created and fact-checked questions with answers that I’ll also use myself that week at my in-person events.

  • Full instructions and tips on how to host an effective trivia event - and how to manage the content I’m sending you. Everything will be sent in standard file formats like .pdf, .mp3, .jpg, and so on.

  • Multiple themes throughout each event - sometimes full rounds are themed, sometimes just a few questions at a time. There are some seasonal ones - the last week before Christmas is a holiday theme, same as before Halloween, Valentine’s Day, the start of summer, and more!

Why Me?

Like I said, I’ve done this over 750 times. Let me put my experience to use for you, because at this point in my career, I’m in a great position to help. I’m not just a company putting trivia questions together. I’ve put in the long hours and crazy miles on my car. I’ve worked the crowds myself, I’ve partnered with the venues myself, and I’ve been creating the content myself from start to finish.

You or someone connected to your business - a staff member, spouse, or friend - probably has the on-stage skills needed to run a trivia event (there are great talkers everywhere), but they might not have the time or inclination to create the questions themselves. It’s a time-consuming process, and people are busy. I can easily spend 4-6 hours putting a great trivia night together. Why add that stress to an already busy schedule?

I’ve been in rooms just like yours over the years. I’ve hosted for all kinds of audiences during my regular and occasional events, and I know how to put an event together that draws people in, shows them a good time, and makes them want to come back again and again.

Who Is the Audience?

My regular venues are typically local gathering places. Popular restaurants, craft breweries, unique spots, all of which share a strong sense of community. They’re the kind of places where everyone is welcome, and I try to ensure there’s a little something for everyone when I put questions together.

That said, the majority of the typical crowd that comes to these events isn’t Boomers, and the majority isn’t younger Gen Zers either. The bulk of the target audience is usually Millennials/Elder Millenials/later Gen Xers. Some weeks, the content will skew a little older, and some weeks, it skews a little younger. But it’s always fun, and teams that do have a bit of a multigenerational mix usually do really well.

The crowds are smart people who like to test their knowledge, but who don’t take themselves too seriously. They want to win at trivia, but they know it’s not Jeopardy. They don’t mind curveballs every once in a while, as long as they’re fun. They might ask questions, but it’s not their mission to catch you on a technicality (also I try to avoid grey areas to stay away from technicalities).

They’re just looking to have a good time, have a few laughs, and hang out in a fun environment. That’s exactly what trivia does.

What Does it Cost?

The more you buy, the lower the cost - and in my completely unbiased opinion, cost-effective at every level:

  • Single Trivia Event: $69 (no subscription).

  • Monthly: Save 10% per event ($62.10 each - one trivia night a month).

  • Biweekly: Save 15% per event ($58.65 each - pay for one trivia night every other week).

  • Weekly: Save 25% per event ($51.75 each - pay for one trivia night every week).

Fresh content is sent out by noon Eastern Time every Monday. For the biweekly and monthly subscriptions, you just need to tell me which weeks your events will be so that you receive them at the right time. Depending on when you sign up, you might get billed on the alternate weeks, but you’ll receive the content at the right time for your event.
